Arena house is a 4-bedroom terraced house able to accommodate up to 3 children/ young people aged 8 to 17 years (at the time of admission) of either gender for medium to long term placements. One of the four bedrooms is en-suite and situated on the second floor.

The property consists of ground, first and second floors. There is a single communal staircase which serves all the floors. The ground floor accommodation comprises of a good sized lounge/ meeting room with dinning, a kitchen and a staff/ visitors toilet. There is a good sized private garden at the rear of the property. The first floor consists of the staff office, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.  The second floor consists of another bedroom and an en-suite bedroom which creates additional privacy for the young person. All bedrooms are fully furnished with wardrobes/ chest of drawers, reading desk, chair, and a bed side table. 

The home has been decorated to feel homely and comfortable. Home entertainment includes laptops, computer and internet access, Television, books/ mini library, latest xbox games & magazine. The property is suitably located on a family friendly neighbourhood which benefits from available free on-street parking.

There are also free parking along surrounding streets (Parallel to Belmont Road). The site is also within walking distance to excellent public transport links. There are 3 bus routes within 3-minutes walk of the property; 1 tram stop within 2-minutes walk of the property and 4 overhead train stations all within less than a mile from the property.
